My herbalism journey is long and began much earlier than I even
realized. Below you will find a small glimpse into my awakening as a Spiritual Herbalist and hopefully, some encouragement as you embark on your journey.
I'm Avery, the owner of Sunflower Ally!
I’m a wife, mother of two, and an active community member here in Skyway, Washington. Originally from Atlanta, GA, I’m proud of my Southern roots and heritage. Since discovering my path as a spiritual herbalist during the 2020 pandemic, I've dedicated myself to the practice, with my journey beginning with a simple dandelion root tincture.
Sunflower Ally officially launched in 2023 from a love of food and herbs, which has become a deeply personal and spiritual journey. My mission is to bring the healing power of herbalism, our people’s medicine, to my community with care and respect. I welcome you to join me on this path to wellness, and I look forward to supporting you.
Remember, the only difference between a weed and a flower is judgment.
